Just a thought, As it appears that the banks out of the water are starting to have weed vegatation and if as we are told this will last for 7 years, those places will likely have some woody plants by that time.Cumberland has never had any water oriented plants on the bottom like Dale hollow on the bottom. why not import some for the down time of the stable lake as we have been told it will take several years to fix the dam. There are several areas that could support grass beds on the lake with stable levels of the lake as we have now, when the lake gets back to its full level with its winter draw down there would be no problem as it could never exist( for the grass beds) but it would kick start the bass fishery???
