hey guys i am going to try to head to c-land this weekend with my dad. he loves the strippers. where abouts on the lake are they sitting. and do you need the plainer boards or downriggers. any help would great.

This is the Labor day weekend coming up, GOOD LUCK. You will be dodging every drunk from here to Rhode Island, including the entire boating population of Ohio with there 40 foot wavemakers, better known as the Ohio Navy. If you must venture out go REAL early and fish the main lake. Check out the fishing reports of the local guides down there and that will give you a decent handle on where to start. I love Cumberland it's like my second home for a good portion of the year, but you couldn't get me out there this weekend or next, Poker Run, more idiots, with a cattle prod, LOL.

Don't worry, last holiday weekend of the Joy Boater season, Lake Cumberland, Alcohol, there will be some Strippers on the water along with the Stripers under the water. I really don't have a preference of which one I would rather see, as long as I saw one of the two it would be a good trip.
