dark bottom boats??

Hey, DJD... I think you're thinking of DYNATRAK? I know him and think his folks live close to Lake E. I'm on the list out there and should be "in" next year. I think I jumped up to around 6 or 7 when they added new memeber this year. Looking forward to having a decent little fishing hole less than 10 mins from home!

You know what a dark and light colored boat have in common?

They both look like boats.

Anything between that fish and the bright sky looks black. Even on gray days. Get in a pool and see.

True story... I one guy tried to tell me fish swam head-first into his camo colored hull almost every time he released them- thinking it was a brush pile or whatever

just wanting to know what some of you guys think about catching more fish from a dark bottom than a light bottom.I have heard and know a few who almost refuse to fish in a light bottom boat whan fish are shallow.

I have owned both and don't believe it matters to the fish. BUT I will never own another dark bottom boat . They show all scatches and dings . Also dirt and road grime is only magnified on a dark hull..........
