sounds like a couple of well paid folks were watching TV or online instead of being on the line. Seems as simple as building a diversion area if something like this was to happen that a manual swith could be opened to catch a good part of this. but hey I am just an old hill billy but if the slop got deep we grabbed a scoop and the boots and got rid of the S*** the way of our grandfathers.
