Finally! Finally! Had a good morning on the top water bite. Between the bucket heads and spots I had 11 keepers before 9:00, no monsters but keepers. Also caught several more dinks, good thing I took my camera.

Come on give us a little more to go on, what branch, we went out to take the grand kids swimming today found one cove with standing timber and saw some impressive top water flashes by what I have got to believe where hybrids. There were several fresh killed shad floating in this one cove and these things were cut into most of the time just the head a a small chunk of meat were left floating. We struck out though but with the boat traffic at the highest that I have ever seen on the lake it was little wonder. so give us a little more info please I am dieing to catch something near home for a change.
