bassky I fish there all the time from the bank. The key to fishing for these In my opinion is current and water level. Also spoons are not the key for me all the time down on the rocks or 200 yds away from dam are jigs from a 1/4-to 1/2 oz with a white shad body. Typically I use 3/8 - to 1/2 oz. But them white 3 inch shad bodies or swim baits can be picked up at marathon on AA highway. If the current is pushing towards the dam thats where I will fish or where current starts to pick up. Another good thing to watch for is a split in the current like where current is pulling towards the dam and pushing towards cincy. I am no pro at this but I fish there alot and these things are what works for me. When you fish the rocks down there try to graph the ledges humps and stuff thats where I pick some fish off of, and look for the water to be 18 to 21 feet meldahl pool. To me thats when the hybrids and whites come in closer.
