I was told that the ramp at Guest Creek was closing and they are not sure if they are leaving the ramp in the condition that it is in or not.

I know that the water was down in 2000, 2005 and again this year and yet the Shelbyville Industrial Foundation has failed to do anything to this ramp. There are several tournaments going out of this ramp each week and probably one tournment could pay for the ramp being repaired. I am trying to understand what is going on with these people.
