goldfish for bait?

Everytime I thow a handfull of fish food into my pond, the catfish just plain go nuts! I wish they were a mood indicator, my fishing luck would be a whole different story if they were!!

Hey, I was going through my tacklebox, and I found what I was looking for: I have a goldfish crankbait. I always thought it was a "golden shiner" but now I know the truth...LOL.. it's a GOLDFISH!!!

i too have some goldfish in my tackle box,the crackers.. and a little stale.
