    It's my guess that you won't see that much of a change in the water from the past few weeks there at the mouth of Elkhorn just yet...maybe a bit...but it'll take a little time for anything that was dumped into the headwaters to get down there. There will be some local runoff from the feeders, but I don't know how much.

    No problems launching at Steele Branch that I know of...Might actually do better fishing the river than the mouth of Elkhorn. It's usually largemouth/spot water for me in the mouth.

    No big effect on any flow right now. Most of rain soaked in, instead of running off...
