Danny, the main reason that a jig is so good on Nolin and Rough both is that both lakes are SO rocky. Either lake I go to I have at least 1 jig tied on. Pretty anywhere you go on either lake you can find whatever kind of rocks you want. Rough has always had it's share it's of good fish but Nolin has made an amazing comeback. We had a very small T for work yesterday and the guy that won it had a 7 even for the big fish and wound up with 15 lbs. I grew up and Nolin and know it like the back of hand and have spent the last 2 years getting to know Rough better and have gotten to know it fairly well now too.
