Alright help me decide. I'm either gonna get a new ABU Revo or a Pflueger President or supreme. Who owns them and give me some pro's and con's. I'd like to have them both but wallet says one right now, lol.

I have a Pflueger Trion and it is a very nice reel. A friend of my bought a few Revos and loves them. I tried one of his out and I think I may buy one in the future. If you like to palm the reel and have small hands the revo is the reel for you. It has a very small profile.
Either way they are both good reels and I don't think that you could go wrong with either. But I think that I will go with the Revo in the future because it is a smaller reel. Both are very smooth and cast very nice. Ryan
How many reels do you need to go fishing lol--Now get off the puter and get back to work lmao hagd man
George I have trouble walking on the deck for all the dang rods now but you know you always need another one. Some of my old Lew's are ready for retirement. Alright I'll get back to work. Thanks to other post I'm leaning towards the Revo, I love Garcia and always have.
Give up on the Lews? You musta taken leave of your senses man, get on ebay or bfhp and get you another BB1 series. Leave them fancy new gadgets alone.
Jim I still use three Lews and I always will love them. I have one that is over 20 years old and is noisy but still a darn good reel. The Browning Lews BBIN I have is junk, Browning did everything they could to ruin the Lews reel in my opinion. I've had to do more times three to that one then my old one and it's less than half it's age. It needs a pawl right now. Anyway I'll never bad mouth or give up on the speed spools.
revo all the way... I love mine
Picked up a Revo this summer. Took the place of an Abu 4601C3 as my creek reel. Nice reel. Throwing mostly topwater and cranks, 1/8 to 1/2 oz. Works real nice. Smooth, easy to handle, and out throws the C3 I was using.

The Revos are nicer IMO, but both are good reels. There are also a couple stores that i know of in the area that have some left over Lews if you are on the hunt.
Without a doubt the Revo! A much better reel.
