Now who do you thinks gets thier orders filled first....Definitely not the wholeseller..which isn't fair at all, but it is what it is.

As a wholesaler, I fight the same thing in the truck accessory business with some of my manufacturers who supply the AutoZones and Advanced Autos and NAPAs and O'Reillys of the world. They get parts via the big orders that go into their distribution centers and I get the B-O on my loads.

In regards to the original thread...I wished they'd build a Cabela's somewhere near the Clarksville BPS, seems to me like they would, or at least within a 100 mile radius of Clarksville.

Tell you what...once you've been in the Clarksville BPS, all other BPS's seem pale in comparison. Or too it could be what ever you get used to I guess. I go to Clarksville BPS quite a bit and when I was in Destin, Florida here recently I went in the BPS down there...I definitely like the Clarksville store better, but the Destin store served it's purpose at the time I guess. Just like someone else here responded, BPS seems to be a commercial beast these days as fas as construction is concerned.

I work within 4 miles of the Clarksville, BPS. I'm sort of hoping for a Cabella's somewhere close to me or at least near my route to Dale or Cumberland.

We need a Cabelas in Winchester

Cabelas is to expensive why waste your money there when just about everything at Bass Pro is a dallar or two cheaper.............. check it out its true.

We also have to remember that they sell more than just fishing tackle. That will factor in big time. We may not have big lakes, but do have some good hunting in and around the area. Plus we have some nice campgrounds.....

Good! That solves that as far as BP being the one. Thanks for the info. I still have a call into one more fellow I haven't heard back from yet...

We just need to figure out what kind of outdoors place is going in at the new Gtown Mall/Shopping center though.
