Seems pretty normal to me, but their numbers still seem fewer than years past. I remember in the mid 90's during the summer when I could get on the whites in the jumps and load the boat in no time at all. Back then, it was common to have 8 or 10 boats circled up around the school on a flat catching them two at a time! I haven't seen that in a long time! Used to be that Barkley Lake was pretty hot with them around the mouth of the canal, on the flats near the dam, on the flat by the Ashland Oil terminal, and around the island on the main lake near Buzzard Rock...I really miss those good ol' days! I was a white bass fisherman before I ever got into Largemouth fishing...
