regardless of age there will always be some that do not need to posess a forearm or hunt,i was hunting at the age of 6 with my h&r 410,at age 12 i went behind our house in the woods squirrell hunting to boundries set by my parents and yes it was illegal i guess but heck all of us kids did it we were hunting by ourselves at 14,we had good supervision and knew if we didn't abide we wouldn't get to go again.my granddad eat more squirrels in those few years than his whole life.any way if you aren't responsible enough at 16 i don't believe you will be at 21.i don't feel the kids of today grow up near as fast..i look back at think how much trouble my parents may have gotten into letting me do some things,if the right people knew,but they just did a good job raising me to appreciate things and felt i was a responsible person.
