They are Light and very sensitive, top of the line rods. I use the Helium LTA series, well worth the money.

Bass Pro is hard to beat as far as warranty goes and the bps extreme rods are good rods for the money. My personal favorite is a G loomis imx heavy for flippin jigs. I have a few kistlers I still use and they are nice rods also but I had to weed through the bad ones, we broke quite a few when they first came out a couple of years ago. Just my opinion, Jarrod
Falcon Lowriders and Caras are hard to beat for the money.
FYI BPS has some rods on sale right now. I'm thinking of picking up a BPS XTreme combo myself for my first-ever baitcaster. $100 for the combo seems pretty good to me.
Have you tried any of the Rogue rods yet? I would like to hear from anyone who uses one. Read somewhere that they are making the best American rods now.
I build about 15 a year and I will be 100% honest. You couldn't give me 3 Loomis rods for one Rogue. Now this is for custom built and not off the rack. If you buy off the rack (Rogue) is equal to Loomis at a substanial cost difference.
