caught several 18" and 19" fish and 20" in about 25ft of water....water temp was 58.9 at noon...... not many boats on the H2O for a Saturday; guess everyone was in the woods wearing orange or at home watching UT squeak by Vandy........ did see several flocks of geese migrating south along with a dozen or so mallards.... tight lines....

Hey Dover: Good to hear you caught a few up at the hollow. Did you go by yourself?? I am assumeing that they were the brown fish, which makes it even better with the fight on the other end. Been hearing some good reports come from dale this past weekend on the other forum that I told you about the other day down at ch. Seems to be the deep jig bite is on one day out on the main points on the lake and the next they are up in the creeks quite abit shallower. Also, the live bait bite is really good about anytime up there right now whether deep or shallow under a bobber. Did you throw your secret weapon that we talked about and showed me that day down on the hill?? I like the way those look and should catch fish. We had two pretty day to be on the water this weekend for this time of year and wish I could have been out there as well with you, but have been layed up all weekend on medication trying to recover to go back to work on monday. 283 -- hope all is well and that you'll be back in the saddle soon...yes, threw that bait I gave you and pretty much in the locations you said---- yes all by my lonesome...wish you could have gone to help net 'em :-) ......hope we can wet a line after Thanksgiving...if you can, give me a shout.... the weather is perfect and it is only going to get better...I ordered some of those baits you showed me and they should be here in two weeks (he's back ordered until then).... oh well, guess I'll just have to keep using mine.... tight lines....
