Back From The Pond!!!

Well I got my fix for the week. Went to a large pond, got on the water at 7:30am and started off with a buzzbait. No hits and no follows. Switched to a spinnerbait was very windy and cought 2 small bass. Followed up with a shallow crankbait and cought about six. Wind picked up some more so I went to a 3/4oz rattletrap and it was on. Caught about 30 bass with the largest on being a tad over five pounds. Next was a couple of 4's a bunch of 2.5 and a butt load of dinks. Fish were shallow less than six feet and I was ripping it out of the grass. It was a ball and I was back home by 1:00. Wish I could have stayed longer but needed to get back to work.

Hopefully i will be fishing the second week to get ready for a tournament that weekend more than welcome to go any day . Maybe i could win back some hamburgers from our last trip lol. Been dealing with these medical issues off and on . Just let me know if you want to go catch some fish.

Barren river. Just call if interested not sure what day yet but can let you know in a couple days it will be next week the tournament is the 17th.
