How did things go on Saturday? Any luck?

All went well, but only Banditman his partner and myself were there. The creeks all look great a slight bit of duck weed remained on the main creek. Strodes looked good with good color. Temps held around 47-49.
I caught my first FNF fish Sat. 2 actualy, thanks to Banditman telling me to shorten the leader. All my fish were dinks 1 on jig and 2 on fnf.
It was cold but not unbarable, had the ice problem on my guides and worm gear till about 9:00.

Sorry it's taken so long to report. We met Stoner on the creek at 8, a really nice guy for sure. Water temp was 47 or so. Had two fish on jigs early and thirteen on the fly. Fished till about 1. We need to do get this together again for sure. The fly bite is really fun.

Sounds like you guys had some success . I caught my first FNF fish there last year. Maybe we can get some people together for the next one.

I'll be there soon though. Would like to have met Stoner. I know we still need flow over there.

We didn't catch any crappie but man I would love to. I know they are there. The creek does have some flow over the dam at Frymans. Just a wee little bit.
