    Ironsilk line

Just received some free stuff from B.A.S.S. for signing up for two more years. One of the freebies was 14lb green Ironsilk line. I've never used it. Any opinions out there from anybody that has? Thanks

I used to use it quite a bit. It's strongest suits are abrasion resistance and knot strength. Somewhat stiff, but low stretch, casts well, and isn't prone to twist on a spinning reel. Overall pretty good stuff.

It's ok for a year and after that you need to replace it or it will fall apart from exposure to the sunlight.
