1. Can someone confirm that Horse Creek is on Central Time? It seems that it is, but it's difficult to pinpoint since Celina is not a major city and I'm having trouble finding a time zone map that shows it.
2. I just bought my TN license online. Apparently they mail it to you and it takes several days. If I do not receive it by Friday, is it OK to just have the receipt that I printed?
