Man I'm convinced that any water can be FNF water. My fish this weekend were in 10ft of water around brush and my fly was at about 7ft. JMO plus I'm just a beginner at this..

I'd love to try FnF, but Dale Hollow is a pretty long haul from here, not something I can afford to do on a regular basis. Are any of the lakes around here worth trying this technique on? Or maybe even KY River?

I tried FNF for a few hours on Taylorsville. Never had one bite, pulldown etc. etc. I tried points,in the mouths of the bigger creeks and also around the marina and slips. No takers.
I am sure FNF will work just about anywhere. I feel the water has to be fairly clear to slight stained to work its' best.
I am going to keep trying new places.
