Vacation Policy

Our policy is much more flexible...but unfortunately I never feel that I can take off because there is nobody who will do my work in my absence.

I currently am holding 7 weeks of vacation and will earn another 4.5 in the coming year.

Oh yeah - I've also got 12 weeks of sick time built up since I have basically never taken a day.

We get 6 sick days a year and can bank up to 30 days.I've had 30 days banked since my fifth year and have taken only 2 sick days in 21 years.
