Im an all around, catch anything, fish anywhere type of guy by nature. But the two most enjoyable would be:
1.Dale hollow Smallmouth......no comparison,no way no how.
2.Ohio River Hybrids......close to my house and allways a blast.
The most tasty:
1.Ohio River Sauger:Plentiful in fish and company
2.Farm pond bluegill and crappie
Most relaxing:
1.About 1 or 2am floating down the river drifting or anchoring catfishing.
2.Creek fishing alone anywhere.
Least relaxing:
1.Fighting for space and fishing room in the saugerrun 500.
2.Boat trouble

I also find wading the creeks relaxing. If I can't catch stripers on topwater, then catching them on cranks/jigs would be right up there. Have also enjoyed hitting the surf in New England in the fall for stripers and bluefish. A lot of that is topwater action.
