I am still kicking, slowly but surely. Just in the past few hours have I felt like getting up and dowing anything. First day on the computer in forever. No strength, energy or anything else to do anything at all. The doctor called me in some medicine to offset the problems that I have been having in taking all the other medicine and I took the first pill a couple of hours ago and what a difference it makes. Feel like a new person just in the past couple of hours. Still have an open wound on my stomache but the doc took out the staples on my incision on Friday. I guess another 3 weeks and the would should be closed up. Would love to get better and get one 2-3 days trip in chasing the Brownfish in late February but we will have to see. Spent the last 10 days pretty much in my recliner in front of the Tube getting dumber and weaker by the second. Lost 44 pounds and counting since October 6th, and I am currently as little has I have been in about 18 years. Still a big fella but not as big as I was a couple of months ago. Planning on doing nothing for the next couple of months to make sure the mesh heals up properly. Sure wish I was fishing but for now this board will have to do. Thanks for all the emails and PM's. Good to see you back elwood, now lets make it for good this time. Enjoy the recliner just wish the kitty cats were doing better so you would have something to enjoy. On the bright side a, I did take all the info that you have posted and given to me personally on the ol fnf and put it on some brownfish at laurel. Take care of yourself for we have got some walleyes to catch this spring down at laurel. you have got about 4 to 5 months before they come on so get ready. My best to you and yours big guy.
