Rough River

Looks like they may be finishing up on the Rough River project. I see on the Corps site that they are discharging at over 2600 outflow and the lake level is dropping.

Might make for some good bank fishing down below around falls of rough. Happy New Year to all, Tom.

I hope they did indeed finish and didn't have to wash away all the work they did!

Bout time. Now for the real question... how long will it be before the fish settle down into the winter patterns?
