I have yet to try FnF, but I have tried those bobbers. You can also partially fill them with water for some weight to help you cast. I didn't like them myself, but I did see a guy once using those to trail jigs through the water, and he said he liked them for that. Me, if I'm going to use a slip bobber, which I do like, I'm going to stick with a good balsa float. But neither of these types of floats is really compatible with FnF. Go to the web sites the other responders listed, you'll see what I mean.

If you are around the Somerset area get a hold of some jigs made by M&W - many have said they are best you can get. If you are not around Somerset let me know and I can get you a phone number.

Wrong bobber.. they are talking about Bob's Bobber.. it is weighted in the middle and made of styrofoam, not the clear bobber you fill with water..
When a fish comes up underneath the bobber lays over like it is sitting on the bottom.. Read the articles on float and fly here and on FloatandFly.com
