Have to disagree with Mark and say the improved clinch is better for flouro. Wet the line and pull the knot tight slowly.

Can't help much with braid knots, only time I use braid is dragging a frog/rat at Guntersville. I've used a non-improved clinch without breaking off down there.

I've been told the color doesn't matter much unless it's really heavy line, but I wouldn't use yellow unless it was for catfishing.
