Rough has always been good to me in Feb. Mar. and April. If I had to choose it would be late March as long as the weather is close to normal.

is the corp going to take it back down to winter pool?

I'd say they'll get it as low as they can but I really doubt there's any way they'll get it all the way back down before time for them to start raising it again. It's still 15 ft above summer pool and they got A LOT of rain down there today.

Has anyone fished it with the water up? I fished it last year when it was arround 15 ft above summer pool and did well, but that was in the summer.
