What was the issue with his fish being on the billboards? I can't remember but as I drove by today the big catfish reminded me of this discussion. What were the issues?

The owners of the muffler shops and strip joints complained that his catfish sign was ruining the aesthetics of Dixie Highway.

Apparently the law is you're only allowed one sign per business, and they counted the fish as a second sign. To which he replied, "It's not a sign. It doesn't say anything."

If I'm not mistaken, wasn't there supposed to be a ruling made about his Catfish back in the Summer. If the Catfish is still on the pole, then he must have won his appeal. Does anyone else know how the ruling came out. Is the Palm Trees still outside of Hooters or did they have to remove them as well?

I have not gone by there is about a year; but have not seen anything in the news about what happen in the case.

Looks like the catfish sign case is still pending, and now they're going after him for another sign. Or they were in November. Not sure of the current status. Why they won't leave him alone, I have no idea.

Wow, why would you pull that card out? I'm sure he is since as a business owner he should believe in working hard and being proud of getting what he has worked for and not looking for handouts. I know this is going to be deleted but I could not let it go. NRA all the way!!!

Yes Sir...I'm with you and most of my friends are as well. Especially the small business owners. To each his own.
