if so how much $$ on the average and can a non-resident buy an annual launch pass?
I was going to buy license online and couldn't find a launch pass.

skinny --if it's the same as last year, a Corps of Engineer pass is $30 dollars and can be purchased at most TWRA offices..it's a pass that you hang on your review mirror and allows you to use any Corps ramp....... call TWRA (goggle the number) and perhaps they can give you more specifics..... tight lines...

i thought these lakes were TVA lakes (my bad) I got a pass for army corps ramps so all i need is a license.
