Here's the ones for the Miles Park Ramp:
38°13'48.52"N, 85°28'7.18"W
I don't know why those came out different, but they work. And the ramp doesn't show on that picture, either, but it's there now.

there is one on 44 at the KOA, at the mouth of Floyds fork and salt cost about a buck to launch (I think) gravel ramp.
