I have been fishing the Cannelton dam for several yrs. There are always several bank fishermen present. I believe they get there by using the Willamete(sp) entrance to the paper plant. Could be wrong on that. It's better to ask someone. If you go this Sun. I'll see you there. I'll be in a grey Lowe bass boat, wave and say Hi. Several methods are good up there, jig and minnow, blade baits, carolina rigs, but most bank fishermen seem to like the live bait on a snelled hook about 12" up the line.
