My father-in-law and I came down as well. Quite a spectacle...it wasn't hard to tell where the sauger were. We went downstream a couple hundred yards from the crowd, but didn't do any good. We rode over to the locks to see if we had any chance of getting on to Shippingport Island. In the words of the security guard, "That's all a thing of the past now." Either way, it was a nice day to get out of the house for a while and enjoy the sun.
