when is it time to change my batteries

I bought my used boat 2 years ago in march with new batteries installed. They still charge up to 100% but drop to between 40%-60% while in storage! Is it time to by new batteries or can I get another year out of them?

You'll have to replace them every year or so if you let the charge drop like that. They should always be at 100% charge unless you are on the lake. As little as 30 days without charging can result in permanent loss of capacity.
