Anyone been lately? Do any good? Have not been in a few weeks, this weather is killing me!

I was there this past Saturday and it was MUDDY on the upper end. Put in at Waitsboro at about lunch time. Didn't do a lot of fishing just kind of joy riding, and testing out my new boat...so not much to report fishing wise. I had one shake off for the little time I was fishing. In the very back of pitman creek it went from muddy to stained. Probably should have put in down by the dam. I'm going to Dale Sunday...I hope it's not too muddy. Anyone know the conditions down there?

Well, got on the water about ten this morning, water was 44-45 degrees. Wind was not too cold. Got PLENTY practice netting fish for the BFL tourney next weekend. Yep, Dad schooled my arse! But it was great to see him catch four smallies right in a row. First fish was a 5.3 pounder, followed by a four, then an 18 incher(did not weigh that one), then another four! It was awesome! Had an absolute blast. The bite turned off at noon, fished til almost dark without another bite.

You did better than us. We were on the water at about 9. Fished FnF primarily. We had basically 2 bites. One KY that I landed and 1 Striper or Drum that Dad fought for awhile until it realized it was hook and left town.

All four fish were caught between 10-12 o clock. After that, we could not buy a bite. I only had one pull down all day.

what did you catch the keepers on they are really hard to come by right now, i hope you dont mind to help a guy out thanks.

Two were caught on the fnf and two on swimbaits. Like I said, seemed like aster 12:00, they just turned off.
