Planning on hitting Cumberland in 2 weeks, if able, to pull planer boards for Stripers for the freezer. My question is that I put new Mono line in my 5trolling reels in October 2006 and I used them for 3 days then and they have been stored in my climate controlled garage ever since and not been used. I have always been of the "When in doubt, change the line theory", but not looking forward to stripping off 300 yards from each reel then re-spooling if not needed. Will this mono still have its original strength or do I need to go ahead and re-spool????
