Don't know about weather conditions in the rest of the Great State of Kentucky, but looks (wind sounds) like another good day to go "sail fishing" here in Western KY. Good news is temps are up and the ICE has melted.

The wind is howling here in Lexington. I have to get my trash cans in because they are being blown over. I wouldn't get on the water today for any reason. hagd.

Cloudy, windy, and rainy here in Barren Co. Although it is pretty warm, it will still be a good day to watch the Daytona 500, and watch Jr win again !!!!!!!!!!!
