    swimbaits

Has anybody tried the 4" california swimbait from lucky craft. I could see where it might work here on Ky Lake. Just want some input before i spend the BUCKS to try one

have not had on water, quite honestly i much more of a fan of soft plastic swim baits. no matter how many joints you put in the hard plastic, it is just NOT going to shimmy like soft plastic. just my thoughts. i have seen it at the stores and can say as with any LC product, it is very well made with beautiful paint schemes. right size for most fish we catch here also as opposed to the other hard plastic swim baits. let us know if you get it and use it!

I have used the Lake castaic bait for several yeas now. Kinda like the swim baits people are using now except the castaic has a plastic bill and ribs on the body that makes the tail wiggle.
