Like a lot of guys on here, I like watching fishing shows, but too many of them are just watching someone catch fish. I mean, that can be entertaining, but it gets old quick. To me, the most informative one is The Bass Pros. There, they really break down a technique and explain exactly what equipment you need, and how and when to use it. What fishing shows do you like to watch/record, and why?

a day on the lake.
Beat Charlie Moore!!!!
Just kidding - I thought that would fire some of you up, even though I really don't think it is that bad - not informative, but entertaining.
I really like Shaw G.'s show. I also like the North to Alaska show - I really want to go there, So I guess that show is more for the scenery. Basically any show that they are using casting reels!!! (unless they are finesse fishing)
The Bass Pro's, Day on the Lake, and Bass Edge dosent seem to bad. I really miss Schooled By Denny Brauer and Basscenter, but I guess thats ESPN for ya.
Mark Zona's WGFS is pretty cool (I love the show where he and KVD flat out hammer smallies while river fishing!!!). Back in the day I loved watching Hank Parker's show.
In-Fisherman, Lindner's Angling Edge and Legends of Rod and Reel.
Beevis and BUTTHEAD fish Dale.........They have a GREAT looking white basscat, and both wear masks..........sometimes they have a Junior Beevis with them.
WGFS hands down... (related to GeoNoFisher's comments) followed by my second choice The Wonder Twins fall in love with the brown fish. Say Geo...does your fishing partner like photography? wink wink nudge nudge.
Reminds me of this cool monty python sketch...check it.
In my best English accent....."Say there young squire....do you like candid photography? wink, wink, nudge, nudge, no what I mean...say no more" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jT3_U...eature=related
"baby cub go sleepy dreamy". WGFS is great
