Strange Bait and Tackle?

Does anyone know when Strange Bait and Tackle in Burksville opens up this year? Got bored yesterday and decided to drive down there and the sign on the door reads "see ya in spring"

Every time I've been by there he hasn't been open. I have bought bait there in the past and I won't do that anymore. It didn't last very long. I would drive down to Dalehollowonestop for anything I need. They have a lot better selection and are always open.
