I posted this same on another post, but page 37 of the new Regs book reads that you can Idle speed at Beaver. Not true accoding to Frankfort agent. He agrees with me in that the wording says we can but he says we can't and the real 100% regs are listed in Frankfort and we can get a copy but the "Free" copies you get at Wally World are not the real stuff. Said these are in Laymons (sp) terms for idiots like me.
