Offshore ledges? How deep? What type crankbait? Just curious as to how someone catches 23lbs.

you have to Spend a lot of time on water during your homework. There are guys, for a fee that will do the homework for you. (lol) 10' to 15' deep, the kind of crankbait #9 shad rap. If you want to catch fish like this you better be offshore finding things that are not fished by every fishermen.
