Guys the water was only 43 when we caught them. It got up to 52 on saturday and we only caught 4 keepers with a 4.5 the biggest. The fish on friday were in the shallow water, but the boat seemed to have to be in around 6 foot and cast in the shallows and pull towards the deeper water. Good luck. Royal shad was the color that seemed to be the best. Caught the 6 pounder on a tenn. shad color. We had a few on jigs too. These websites really do help.....
