This is what I'd do on a nice clean private rrrrr public lake like Beaver. Go there for day trips on my non-KY/DH weekends and pay their crazy $5-10 launch fee. Then stick 10 keepers, fire up the electric knife and clean them all right there at the ramp every Saturday for a few months. Fresh fish always makes me feel like I've been compensated a little especially when you have a situation like this.

Night fishing in the Summer can avoid a lot of this drama too.
