I know I stirred up the pot but when I do fish Beaver this spring or summer, I will have the "Free" Regs and a printed copy of the website with me. If and when Johnny Fish and Wildlife person decides to cite me, he/she will have both copies given to them and let them explain it to me in person. First to admit I am not the smartest guy in the world, hell, I am not the smartest guy in my boat even when I am fishing alone, but I don't see how in the world a ticket can stand up in court with the "Free" Idiot version and the "Version" dowloaded from the "Official" website states I can run my big motor as long as I am not disturbing the natives. May even just take a video camera and get some moving pictures of all those 9.9's "Disturbing" me on the back of the Natives Pontoons for a little added bonus coverage. See you on the water, you will spot me very easily for I will be the Fat Guy in handcuffs.
