Don't know what to really tell you about Rough right now. The Dam was being repaired and the Lake was way up. I do mean (way) up over summer pool and muddy to stained really bad. Heard of one tournament that took place there back a couple weeks ago and it took 2.87lbs to win. So fishing conditions at Rough are extremely rough right now.....Good luck....
