Wave spinreel

The Doug Hannon invention has me interested, whats everyone elses take on the reel. I would be happy to field test one for the board if someone wants to buy it for me.

They look a little funny to me. I haven't had a chance to play with one, or really see one outside of tackle tour reviews. I do like how the spool is in two pieces to take line off - that could be pretty handy. The price is not too bad, however, there are several other reels in that range I know are good, and I will stick to them before I take a chance on it. But, who knows they could be awesome.

I have a couple of them and they are quality reels.
