Better than Vanilla Flavored Coffee..
I had been drinking Green Tea anyway.. needed to take the Cherry Juice but it was so strong, so I added the daily amount to the tea.. worked great.. then added the pomegranite like I said..
I have also addes Apple Cider, when no cherry juice was around but not as good.

What brand and where do you get that Black Cherry Juice? I gather from your post that it's not sweet.

That cherry juice will help with arthritis, and espcially gout. You can find it at whole foods or natural foods stores - sometimes a place like GNC would have it. You got all kinds of hippy medicine and whole foods places there in Lex. that would have it.

Jim I have been taking the cherry extract pills, and they seem to be helping my problem of the gout flare ups without the tartness of the juice. But then I guess making the potion is half the fun.

My cure for arthritis is similar, take two extra strenght tylenol, wash it down with a 10 ounce glass of cranberry juice, to which is added for medicinal purposes only, 4 ounces of absolute.if the pain is really bad, just reverse the mixture, after two of these, my prostate problem just goes away.Of course a turp helped also in that problemThe only draw back is I suffer from a non functioning bladder, and this arthritis mixture sure does effectmy aim when Ihave to catherize my self.

Your absolutely right...that would be a little weak...tell you what Kevin...if they cancel school today give me a call and you can come over and we will make up some of this concoction...I don't have any of the ingrediants mentioned except the Knob Creek so we can just substitute some Coke for all that other stuff....lol. Seriously, if they do cancel school today and you are off give me a call....we could take this off day opportunity to get that class out of the way that we have planned on your trip date and spend more time on the water that day.

Our weatherman stinks here!!! Nothing on the ground. I actually made a few concoctions last night, thinking I would have the day off, I guess I was wrong - I will be surprised if we make it a full day though.

I would love to sit down and go over the shad patterns and eliminating water class before our trip. Let me know when you have a free day, and I will bring the knob creek. LOL

Kevin: I'll bet you won't make it thru the day..the snow line is moving this way. The Knob Creek is here waiting on you...lol. If you get out early today give me a shout and we can do it later today if you have no plans. I am tied up tomorrow until the afternoon. If we can work it out today or tomorrow afternoon be best...I am totally booked up for the month 7 days a week...only reason I am home is the weather.

I buy what is available at Krogers. about 30% of the time the darn cherry juice is not in. So I buy the same brand with the pomegranite juice mixed in.. IT IS sweet to a point but it just has a rather dull taste, to me. Right now I am using Just Black Cherry, by B.W. Knudsen.
