lake waveland, musky?

A few years back musky were released into the lake. I've been wondering here, during the excessively long winter. Has anyone seen or maybe, caught a musky? Did they survive the hot summers? Hmmm! Just wondering.

Got the unfortunate experience last year of watchin some of the "hispanic" people filletin a couple 30 inchers at the fish cleanin station at Waveland. I called the CO.................to sick at my stomach after seein that I left before the CO arrived. I've ran into same sort of things at Eagle Creek and it seems like the CO's don't even want to hear your complaints. I watch a guy draggin several 8-10 inch largemouth around the boat ramp.......I called then and the CO said he'd try to get there in a couple hours! It's really sad to me that our law enforcement is lettin our resources get destroyed like that.

The park is closed all winter. Opening day is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 this year.

the lake opens the 29th of this month. looking forward to another good year there.
