Looks like a great spot for relaxing on the water. Folk are really nice down there. There are some very nice properties with yards that extend right to the water's edge and everyone seems to have a private dock. Be aware that some of the homes are junky, not taken care of and eye sores, also many of the properties are on a bluff wall with no good access to the water. Overall, the home owners seems to have much better water and dock rights than the typical KY lake. For some reason when I think back on my time there all I get is an image of a woman cutting her grass down by the water in a bikini! Good choice, I'd say, as long as you don't mind being in the middle of nowhere
